FLOUR, WATER, SALT
The three basic ingredients.
Using 100% organic ingredients I bake sourdough artisan breads and sourdough pastries using a long fermentation process (60-84 hours). Most breads are vegan containing only flour, water, salt and wild yeast. My sourdough brioche contains locally pastured eggs and organic pastured butter.
Every loaf is handcrafted in small batches and baked fresh. The whole grains I use are sourced locally from Barton Springs Mill and the sifted wheat flour is sourced from Central Milling.
Currently products are only available weekends at the Dallas Farmers Market where I have been each weekend since 2014.
